They gave explicit instructions in regard to what to bag up, how to properly and safely seal the items and supplied us with more than enough to complete the process. I don't like mediocre customer service, nor do I like mediocre quality. Everything was on time, done really well, and with a great attitude. They even did repair on the roof and painted everything they did. I was expecting have to get my roofer and painter involved since I have a tile roof and the fascia/eves needed painting. They did all of that as a one-stop-shop. The price was reasonable and I would unreservedly recommend them to others. I'm so glad I chose them to do the work!

Frankie did an outstanding job. We had extensive termite damage and dry rot damage in the facia board abd shiplap. Frankie replaced all the damaged wood with new wood not like other companies that use bondo. Frankie also installed about 50 if facia board very professionally done. He came over promptly and determined that these were just Thief Ants. He still looked around the house and didn't find any termite damage. I highly, highly recommend The Termite Guy if you need to have your home treated for termites. Upon inspection, it was discovered that our home had dry rot and termite damaged wood, so they not only tented and treated our home for termites, but they also removed and replaced the damaged wood. They sent very informative and helpful videos on how to pack up our food, pantry items, etc. which made the process much easier than anticipated, and they were always available to answer our questions.
