We had the pleasure of having Roberto Centeno get all the woodwork done after tenting the house. He did such a thorough job, and did much more than the report indicated. He was wonderful to work with and when our termites come back, I will be requesting for Roberto to come back and take care of everything!

Terrific company to work with. Truly went beyond my expectations. From the site-estimation process to the final billing process; Everything was just terrific. And I'm a really picky customer. I don't like mediocre customer service, nor do I like mediocre quality. Everything was on time, done really well, and with a great attitude. They even did repair on the roof and painted everything they did. I was expecting have to get my roofer and painter involved since I have a tile roof and the fascia/eves needed painting. They did all of that as a one-stop-shop. The price was reasonable and I would unreservedly recommend them to others. I'm so glad I chose them to do the work!

We recently had our wood patio cover replaced by a team from the Termite Guy. The two crew members from Termite Guy, Luis and Martin, are absolute wood and carpentry surgeons. Everything they worked on was a pleasure to watch because they were so talented and experienced. My husband has done a lot of design work so he knew what he was watching. Luis and Martin were very patient and polite with every question we had while they where working.

Frankie did an outstanding job. We had extensive termite damage and dry rot damage in the facia board abd shiplap. Frankie replaced all the damaged wood with new wood not like other companies that use bondo. Frankie also installed about 50 if facia board very professionally done. He is very responsive to your questions and requests. All in all he is outstanding in his work and attitude.

Had a great experience with the Termite Guy group. Everything was taken care of per schedule and the tent installers were very professional. Was initially worried about our solar panels being damaged but the workers were very careful to avoid any issues. Great experience and this is the second time using this company. Strongly recommend!

Roberto Centeno worked on our repairs. Very professional and excellent service. He and his crew went above and beyond in showing and explaining what needed to get fixed and how they were doing it. Will be requesting them whenever we need further work on our home.

Had a very pleasant experience with James McCall from The Termite Guy. I called them since I was worried that we have termites in our attic. He came over promptly and determined that these were just Thief Ants. He still looked around the house and didn't find any termite damage. There was no charge for the call and inspection, and he would be the first guy I would call if I needed a termite inspection or have a termite problem.

I highly, highly recommend The Termite Guy if you need to have your home treated for termites. Upon inspection, it was discovered that our home had dry rot and termite damaged wood, so they not only tented and treated our home for termites, but they also removed and replaced the damaged wood. They sent very informative and helpful videos on how to pack up our food, pantry items, etc. which made the process much easier than anticipated, and they were always available to answer our questions. Everyone we dealt with from The Termite Guy, from beginning to end was great. So glad we went with this company.

They also have a GC license and have roofers on staff who do an awesome job getting the properties termite free. Great customer service from their office staff too.

The fumigation team tented very quickly and hassle-free. And Roberto did an amazing job replacing the damaged wood around the house during an extreme heat wave. All around, I'm very happy to have gone with The Termite Guy.
